Who cares? $40k is a drop of water into an ocean to them.

By the time you read this, Valve has already made that money back, if insurance hasn't already compensated them.

Dumb article. Valve sucks. Big time.

I feel like Cyberpilot is so bad it's not even worth $10.

How about $1? I will give you $1. That's almost enough for a tasty McChicken sandwich.

Almost.

Fucking.Finally.

So ironic that Remote Play on Android is the last to cross the finish line. It started on Android via Xperia phones. Then Apple got it. Now we finally have it.

I can't tell you how many god damn times I rooted/jailbroke my Galaxy phones to try to work with Remote Play. Caused endless crashes and was a massive pain in the ass. When it DID work, it worked well, A LOT better than my Vita. Probably because my phone has 2019 internet and bluetooth tech. Not to mention I bought the offical PS clamp accessory that houses the DS4 with a suction cup for the phone. It worked great, and felt like a great solution to playing in bed.

Let's hope I can finally get back to Remote Play the right way.

Damn a 4?!

Harsh, but I can see it.

This score is a bit definitive sounding, but with modern games these days, after numerous patches, I think it'll be fine.

When Wildlands came out I couldn't have cared less. Wasn't my kind of game. But after a year since it released, I copped it on sale for $20 and it was great. Got the platinum.

I think I'll do exactly that with Breakpoint. After 6 months this game will be wildly different and balanced better, while also selling for $20-$30. That's the sweet spot. Pay half the price and get a game twice as good.

Only suckers buy games on day one.

In other breaking news: Horse balls now shrivel up and freeze when they get cold.

@blindbsnake: Looks like I'm talking to a ND fanboy plain and simple.

I'm glad the game gives you the feels, but my point is that it's a retread of old formulas. ("It's" is a contraction for "it is" by the way you dummy, how do you expect me to take you seriously if you don't even know how to type correctly)

And I never said TLOU was bad, merely trite, which it is. It's incredibly overrated. Let's go back to those universally frustrating segments where Ellie couldn't swim and you had to spend way too much time moving rafts and crap to move forward with the game. Perfect pacing? Hardly.

All the points I made you simply deflected like a Trump voter. TLOU IS just like Far Cry 3, and it's just like Manhunt. You simply said you played those games but TLOU gives you the feels. Great.

One thing we DO have in common: We both replayed FC3 multiple times, while only playing TLOU once. While I see TLOU for what it's doing, and how great it is blah blah blah, it's funny to think so many people who love this game only played it once. Probably because it's a depressing slog to return to. Whereas FC3 is actually FUN.

You sir, are a fanboy.

@blindbsnake: How so? By writing a detailed response?

TLoU 2 is trite. It's a fact. Not an opinion.

Go back and play Manhunt from Rockstar Games. It's the same thing. Just with more bleeding heart emotional content.

@phoenix1289: You're right. I can also see myself spending an easy 100 hours on the first run alone. Second and third playthroughs will probably take another 100 hours each. But I'm happy about that, DL1 was awesome and I spent so much time just walking the streets soaking up the landscape.

Just sucks that I wanna play it when it comes out but they've already confirmed it for PS5/next gen so I'll probably wait..

@sagittarius476: I'm comparing it to Far Cry because Far Cry existed long before TLoU, Far Cry's games constantly explore violence, revenge, and personal means of survival. Far Cry's games ask the player how far and violent they're willing to go to stay alive and rescue their friends and family. Sound familiar? Because it is.

Essentially, TLoU 2 is Far Cry 3. Which came out 7 years ago. Naughty Dog isn't doing anything new or innovative here at all. They're just pumping tear-jerking emotional cutscenes into their torture-porn narrative to hide the fact they're copying Far Cry, Metro, and lots of other games that are survival based, ultra-violent, and revenge-based.

But I'm probably talking to a 15 year old. lol
