Who here has played Virutal Battlespace?

i.e a modified Operation Flashpoint (and in the recent version ArmA).

Yup Bohemia's games are realstic enough to be used for military training for years now.

Personally I have played some VBS1, which is pretty editor and of course multiplayer centric.

as i stated on the first page, i have used it as a Marine. we were taught how to call in air strikes with a some instruction then prac-app using VBS2, it was fun.

i've already learned how to use 9-line to call in for air support by using VBS2, so why is this news?

good thing it wasn't my platoon filming something like that, we're mortarmen and nothing would have been left of the system to use for the end.

most of you still supporting nintendo argue that they have not changed the kind of games they have released. i can tell you how they have changed, their current games lack any challenge whatsoever. nowadays it's enough to just slap the mario or zelda name on something and now they're even going to throw in the option to allow the game to play itself for you. nintendo, you lost a long time customer in me this gen. you will never get money from me again.
