@NTM23 @SwallyBoy TLOU exploration is one of the worst aspects. Mostly because of its absence. There are 3 or 4 random extra rooms with some dead bodies and a sad note or some other "what happened here?" gag per level. It's a linear game, there is no exploration.
@SwallyBoy If you take the story away from this game, which many gamers do, ignore the story that is, the game is pretty mediocre. Therefore they can't give it a 10. It's not perfect. It's decent, + a great story, making it pretty good, or an 8.
It is a movie. It's a linear game that never stops holding your hand. It's just the style of game that ND makes. The gameplay is limited and not what most people are looking for.
For this reason, your opinion and the opinion of the reviewers are different. While you may think that this style is good, contributing toward a good score, they do the opposite. There is my hypothesis about why your score is higher than the posted score.
I don't think that a single point deducted from what you wanted is justification for actually being upset, especially with an objective reason for it as I stated above.
