the wiiu is selling about 130-150,000 units wold wide a month, there is no sheering up when its selling that bad, and i say good riddance to nintendo consoles, crap hardware, crap controller and no third party support, the only thing good about wiiu is mario and zelda the rest is utter crap, how the heck can you defend a console that can't even run games better then 7 year old consoles, i don't care what the excuse is, it shouldn't happen.

 lets not forget ps3 was 599$ and has strong third party support, it also launched in europe during march, not a holiday, during the first holiday it sold 2 million. while wiiu sold 400,000

well i'm judging it by what i see, and from what i see and know about the specs its on par with 360/ps3, even need for speed wiiu looks the same, maybe even worst from the reviews and please, you can can't even compare the wiiu online network to xbla or psn, i hear it takes 15 hours to download a game, lol. to me nextgen is not wii or wiiu, its 360-720 or ps3-ps4.

sheeps wanna believe so bad wiiu is 2x current gen, when its really just on par, here is more proof a pc port and the developers doesn't say anything about the wiiu version looking better then the 360/ps3 versions.

I would probably say that the number one thing they have to do is release some new great games. Obviously they literally JUST did with Monster Hunter Ultimate and Lego City Undercover, so that's a good step. But the system itself is solid. It's powerful, has an awesome and unique controller, and hey...it's made by Nintendo. All wins there! It really just needs games. The "new console launch" woes need to end now. Luckily we know that there are some great games coming soon and there are probably only a ton of surprises we are still waiting for. When those come, after E3, the system should be poised to start rocking and rolling. Personally I'm quite excited. :D

even though the wiiu sold great, it sold to an audience that doesnt really care about core gaming, so they basically missed a whole generation with last gen games and no oline support, it will almost be impossible for them to ever get back on track, they should just go third party or they could try releasing a console based on gimmicks but what's the chance of catching lighting in a bottle twice, i will say very slim, especially since every body is trying to copy nintendo success with gimmicks.

i would be willing to bet 10,000$ the system won't sell over 30 million, i really don't think they can even sell 20 million, the nintendo brand is worth nothing in console gaming anymore, the only way they can get it back on track is if ps4/720 launch at 499-599$ and all third part games are released on wiiu, and even after that they will only manage 40 million at best,
