Do they think this will revitalize the game? I'll admit, I've never played it...but if the base game wasn't that good (and it's a strictly multiplayer game, right?) then I don't understand how including the DLC would make it any better. I think I've heard from others that the original game was light on content to begin with and should have included the DLC.

Yet another fail in my opinion.

@chimekolover88: How do you mean "no voice chat"? On console, you just start up a party chat and do it that way. If you're on PC and you're that big into chat, then you use Ventrilo or Teamspeak or Skype, don't you? I agree, it is kinda s**tty that they don't integrate it into the game, but I'm sure people have other methods of voice chat that play on PC.

Multiplayer in an Uncharted game is just ridiculous. I really have to wonder how much of this development impacts (impacted?) the single-player campaign. I'm not a big fan of multiplayer though, so there's that as well. That being said, I don't think Uncharted MP has ever seen any longevity.

@Sanligo: Wow, that's a bit longer than I was hoping for. Color me disappointed. :| Maybe the next time I'm in Guildford, I'll swing by the studio and help you guys pull that in a month or two.

I'll keep my fingers crossed that you've taken steps to prevent another setback in the case of heavy rains this winter!

Whatever happened to Alienation? I was actually looking forward to that game. I hope that one will be coming soon as well.

@yukushi: ...and what you need is some punctuation. Learn some basic writing skills if you want people to take your messages a bit more seriously. Though maybe not this one. Regardless of any punctuation, it's still just mindless babbling.

@Kunakai: You've just answered your own question. Ultimately, Sony knows that people are going to weigh "where their friends are playing" more heavily than "can I play last gen games on it". Microsoft also knows this...and it's why they've essentially conceded "defeat" at this point, and won't bother reporting sales numbers for hardware broken down by XBO vs. 360. Because reporting that number means that people can make the decision that much easier to go where the majority of their friends are.

This makes me laugh...

As a result, some Xbox One functionality is going to be as much as 50 percent faster.

So, basically, because Nadella is "on board with gaming", they decided to improve the speed of the console? Like, he was the reason it was slow before or something?

I think you may have missed the sarcastic *wink* and "thumbs up" at the end of his statement about being "fully on board with gaming". Context is everything.
