I'm 5'11'' and 160.
I used to be 200 and only about 5'9'' last year around easter time, then I decided to start eating better, but NOT less, deffenately not less, like an above poster said that messes up your metabolism.
What I did is cut out all soda, chips, and unhealthy foods, and ate a bunch of small low calorie meals, about 5-6 a day. I also started doing H.I.I.T.(high intensity interval training) and, it sounds rediculous, but I started playing ddr out of boredom I believe that helped alot too.
So yeah don't starve yourself, and there is no way that you are 180 and 5'6" and most of that is muscle, no offense.

It's possible, I have a friend who is bodybuilder and he's only 5'6" and competes at 198 pounds.
[QUOTE="ownage_denied"][QUOTE="Sajedene"]Well you do know muscle weighs more than fat right? And yes water retention could influence your weight but I dont get why you're trippin out for 3lbs. Its just 3lbs -- thats nothing.
What about you start messuring your BMI and muscle girth?
I mean... what is your goal? To lose weight or gain muscle?

Sorry, but muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 pound = 1 pound. Muscle does take up less space than fat though.
If 1 pound = 1 pound, but takes up less space, wouldn't it weigh more? :?
Yes and no. It's kind of hard to explain but think about this. Lets say you have 1,000 pounds of lead and 1,000 pounds of feathers. The feathers would take up a way larger amount of space. Does that help any?

[QUOTE="fistoflight"][QUOTE="-Ninja_Dog-"]Stop living in the past. The 360 is very reliable now.
Go buy one and don't be scared, there is no reason to be.

Honestly no didnt you read the report was those that are still being produced... Microsft knowingly knew all of this and still sent those machines out to houses KNOWING THAT THEIR XBOX 360 WILL MALFUNCTION and yet people continue to support. I say support the great games but not the hardware...
so its ok for sony to send out their TZ laptops knowing that i will over heat and burn you? so it's ok for sony to send out ps2 knowing that it has disco error? it's ok for sony to send out batteries that can blow up? LOL so it's ok for sony to keep supporting beta max for almost 10 years when it became a dead format? is it ok for sony to idotically stick to their slower, much smaller flash memory card? is it ok for sony to support midi when the company knew that i won't become to norm? is it ok when ps3's firmware has to be updated so often to fix so many problems? is it ok for sony to ask their gamers to wait many many years for games to come out? please ansnwer noob
Typical fanboy, ignore the entire topic of the thread and bash sony. If you didn't like the topic you shouldn't have even clicked the link. Grow up and stop being in denial.
Just add a case fan, to the back of the case. Just to move the hot air (created by the 8600) out of the case.Ugotownedo
I've never heard of a case fan that can be added to the back of the case. Do they sell them on newegg?
I have an 8600GT and with only one fan on the rear of my case the card goes at 60 celsius on load which i think it's pretty good considering i have a generic case with no ventilation.
Also in the manual that cames with the card says that the PSU must have at least 350W of power, so i don't know how yours is going to work with it.

I read on the dell site that 280W is just the mean average, but the peak is well over 300W. I've also read various other places that dell underrates their power supplies.
