On a medium settings equivalent, maybe, but either way, devs will prioritize visuals over frame-rate, so if you want both you'll most likely still need a PC.
PC's don't even come with UHD players. Got to buy those separately on PC. Not to mention PC's are not consoles.
This argument is incredibly stupid, and flawed.. Why would a PC "come" with an UHD player when you build it yourself? A PC can come with anything you want it to, cause you actually get to pick what it has and doesn't have. lol

The only thing that comes to mind is the windows 10 store, my brother used it once to install the Kill Instict demo, and it wouldn't let me uninstall the game, so I resetted my entire OS to get rid of it.. Haven't used it for anything since. lol
Did watching your nephew play console only Red Dead Redemption 2 make you insecure and make you need to seek validation for your weak PC that an even cheaper all in one console seemed equal or better than?
I have a GTX 1060 and you aren't doing much better than PS4 graphics wise and there honestly isn't anything more impressive than RDR2 on PC. The closest thing is Assassins Creed Odyssey but RDR2 is simply a more visually impressive game.
Chances are you got butthurt when you saw what a $299 all in one system could do and you needed people to agree with you that your $700 system was far better even if it's trash compared to PC gamers who actually care about graphics and framerate.

lol but you have a 480, you not getting any superior graphics with that. You getting 1080p at 60fps with most games at console settings and that's it.
Only way you get slightly better graphics is if you turn up settings at the price of framerate.

Console settings lolololol, obvious console fanboy, if you knew anything about PC, you'd know an RX 480 = 1080p Ultra settings at 60 FPS or higher. lol
