Just wondering, can it max Crysis at 1920x1200? With all settings very high and no AA? What about with AA, is it still playable?

BTW the rig I will be playing it on in about 2 weeks (when it arrives) has a 295, i7 920 and 6GB RAM, so I just wanted to check if it could run it.

Well at the moment without graphics card I'd say

2/10

No offense but it really sucks for gaming

Very High, no chance to be honest, even at low resolution.(17.4 FPS is unplayable)

High it could manage, but at that resolution you'd need a mix of high and medium settings to get playable frame rates.

Really theyre both basically the same, it doesn't matter either way.

Last year ATI was ahead, the 4870x2 outperformed Nvidia's fastest card the GTX 280, but now Nvidia are ahead with the GTX 295 being faster than the X2. Soon ATI will come out top again, but again only for a short time. They're both good, just in some cases games work better on one than the other.

Best to worst:

GTX 295

4870x2

9800GX2

I wouldn't get the 9800, its pretty old and not very good, if you have the cash get one of the other two, preferably the 295 as it performs better in most games.

I got it from a custom computer store near me, you wouldn't know them they're just a local business, but they do make excellent PC's made to your specification.

And I saved a good amount over buying from Alienware (which is what I was first planning), it cost me about £2200 inc. the monitor and warranty (It also had some other bits like a TV Tuner and SoundBlaster Card which made it more expensive). Not a bad deal.

I think its a Corsair 1000W PSU...Well im not sure its Corsair but its def 1000W incase I need another GPU.

Should max all settings Crysis at 1920x1200 right? (not including AA etc)
