Around this time last week I couldn't anywhere in system wars with hearing about how cool Demons Souls is, now all I hear is how cool Dragon Age is on the PS3. What gives, did everyone who bought Demon's Souls trade it in for Dragon Age? Where did the love for Demon's Soul go? And while I'm at it, how would you compared the two? Which one is the better buy?

[QUOTE="player_leo"]Thats strange, I heard that games made specifically to run on the PS3 hardware still run better on the 360 as well. Thats just what I heard.AzelKosMos
It was made on the 360 hardware by Platinum games then ported over by Sega which is why there is such a difference.

yeah, I know. BUt when you think about the games developed for the PS3 first than ported to the 360, there either isn't that big a difference or the 360 version ends up being more superior anyways. Check out these games, - Burnout Paradise - Unreal Tournament 3 - Devil May Cry 4 - FF XIII - Assassin's Creed - Mirror's Edge - Tekken 6 - Ghostbuster- the Game - Skate 2 - Dead Space ** EA has stated that all games from now (Feb 2008) on will have PS3 as the lead platform

[QUOTE="adamosmaki"][QUOTE="dog_dirt"]

For the first 2 YEARS of its life the PS3 came UNDER lots of fire for not have AAA GAME'S and the phrase 'Just Wait' was used ALOT.

Now the tables have turned and those that waited are REAPING the rewards of standing by what is possibly the greatest games platform ever.

WE were used to waiting NOW were used to AAA game after AAA game. Sales are strong and the software is getting better and better to the point where even PC gamers are admitting that the PS3 has graphics that can't be beaten.

So i ASK you PS3 owners who WAITED..... are you pleased you did and those who MOCKED the PS3's early years are you now eating humble pie

dog_dirt

I guess the "pc gamer" that admits ps3 graphics cant be beaten is you?

alot of my friends who were PC gamers are after seeing U2 are putting their hands up and admitting the PS3 is best.

Did your PC friends really put their hands up.

Seriously, your talking about gamers. How patient are we? We're the type that can't get enough gaming to the point we carrie portable game systems. The 3 years that PS3 owners had to "Just Wait" is a sad sad period in gaming history.

This is diffently possible on the 360. I would think that Msoft is waiting to see how well MAG at 256 player will do. They might see that 256 is just to many players, and release a 128 player game in the furture to go against MAG. Its not that the hardware can't handle it, just 256 players opens the door for to many problems, technically and socially. How many times in the beta of MAG does the room have 256 players? Can you imagine all the players simultaneously throwing granades? The ahrdware on the PS3 and 360 can handle it, but the servers will be strained.

MAG looks like it could be fun but on the PSN with out many people using mics it would just turn into a gigantic free for all. You know everyone will be out thinking its deathmatch when there might be a CTF or Escort mission to do. Its hard to coordinate strategy when only 10 out of 128 people have mics. On XBL you wouldn't have this problem as almost every has mics. It would be so cool if Zipper decided to part ways with Sony and make MAG multiplate.
