@cornbredx: I would bet that 800,000 dollars is no where near her biggest paycheque for probably at least a couple of decades. Even if you take the complete episode total, I would bet she probably commands more than that for a film role.

@banhammer: Of course Dustin Hoffman is incredible in Rain Man (when isn't he?), there's a reason he received his second Oscar for the performance. But I would also say that when you look at the performances as a piece of acting, Cruise had the far harder job. They say that acting is all about re-acting (and no that doesn't mean acting again), what Cruise had to work with in Hoffman's performance, made his job so much harder. How do you perform off someone who is barely with you?

@banhammer: I have to question whether you've seen any of his films either. Especially Born on the 4th of July, Interview with a Vampire and Rain Man. It's okay to not like the guy, but to say he can't act is as aross2004 said a ridiculous statement.

@kevinjwong: That's a fair point. It sucks, but in some ways it's part of life. When I was younger, my dad and my cousin were both almost killed (my cousin was in a coma), in different work related accidents. But neither of them held any sort of blame or grudge against the person(s) responsible for the accidents.

I feel like Bret Hart really has a giant chip on his shoulder (which is so big, I would be surprised if he had a shoulder left), over just about everyone in the industry. There's a part in the book where British Bulldog, got a job in Japan, with a company that was a rival to the WWF's partner in Japan. He wasn't happy that his brother in law had a job, and could provide for his sister (and maybe their kids) but rather how it was going to effect him. How Vince McMahon was going to react.

Bret Hart was always one of my favourites growing up. But reading his book was absolutely depressing. Definitely the most honest behind the scenes look at wrestling, but also showed a side of Bret Hart, I cannot bring myself to like.

@inferiorego: I'm pretty sure if you asked Bret Hart, he would add Goldberg to that list. I don't think he had a good word to same about him in his book, not that really means anything. I don't think he had a good word to say about anyone.

During early 90s WCW, Big Van Vader broke a wrestles back when he power bombed him too hard, apparently he was so upset about it, he cried backstage. Before one of his fights with Cactus Jack, Mick Foley thought it would be a good idea for Vader to give him a black eye, making the fight appear real, but when Vader hit him for real in the ring he broke both his cheek bone and jaw.

@gamingdevil800: Exactly, what they really should have done. Is not had Dave Filoni sketch out a compass, but rather handed him Lucas's treatments and asked him to knock them into shape (he did good work with The Clone Wars, which are apparently most Lucas's stories). But instead they tried to do what Marvel have done, by hiring mostly different directors/writers, without realizing that Kevin Feige is the overseer and story master.

@gamingdevil800: I think Chappie being a box office bomb after Elysium was also a bomb, played a far bigger role in the cancelling of Alien 5 than most people give credit. The suits at Fox got cold feet, thinking District 9 was a fluke, and Neil Blomkamp was a one hit wonder.

@hogcmaurice: To me his recent tweets came about because of a discussion along these lines.

Bob Iger: Hey Mark, you like coming to Star Wars Celebration right?

Mark Hamill: Yes, certainly. At this late in my career, it's pretty much my life blood.

Bob Iger: It would be a shame then if certain people's thoughts on the portrayal of Luke, or should Jake Skywalker. Stopped you from attending, or caused the cut off of your royalties, now wouldn't it?

Mark Hamill: Yes, sir it certainly would. (pulls out phone, his fingers moving a mile a minute) Have you seen my latest tweets? I think you'll enjoy them. And perhaps you could find it in your heart, as black and cold as it is, to remove that gun from my back.

Bob Iger: (turns the safety on) There's a good boy.

@supamastergamer: A general rule of thumb, is marketing costs about the same as the budget, when it comes to these blockbuster movies. There's no data on the budget, but TFA cost around $245 million, so I would say TLJ was probably in that bull park too.
