Astro arnt the best for their price, if they were say $100 cheaper or so then yea maybe, but no not for the price! I got Tritton Ax pro's, they come with everything you need and i reckon are better than the Astro's and if you look around you can probs find them for about $150 but even better for a little less, you can get the Tritton AX720's Honestly i think for gaming headsets you cant go past Tritton
I had xlc's for 3 months and they very quickly picked up signs of wear and tear, but the audio quality did not go. I treated them like gold, like i do all my things and they were alright, so if you treat them well, they will last a long time
If you got a small price range then defs go with Turtle Beach x11, but what exactly is your price range??? If you have a small price range, then i highly doubt that you can get a surround sound headset
If you want it for just pc and music then Sennheiser is defs the way to go! But there are a lot of brands! -Logitech -TurtleBeach -Razer -Steelseries -Skullcandy -Tritton -Astro THERE ARE SO MANY BRANDS! ITS NOT FUNNY! All depends on what you exactly want it for. Make a criteria with things like -Surround sound? -Size -Price -Looks -What console/purpose you want/need them for If you want any help, just ask me, coz i just went through the same process that you are going through, and i practically know what you are going through! I done a lot of research, so i will be willing to share my advice! not sure if it was just me, but i liked MoH alot more because i felt it was alot more realistic. I felt that CoD, and Black Ops in particular, were pretty weak with graphics and accuracy in terms of warfare and was more of a arcade type FPS unlike MoH which was alot more acurate
the game to me had so much potential if it was just more polished rid of more bugs, i liked the campaign way better than the black ops,
the story really strikes a cord with me cuz its based on real battles almost scary accuratly like the last level the battle of takur ghar or roberts ridge
anyways i dont have live out here so i cant comment on the multiplayer
yea, i noticed that aswell, i thought it was really enjoyable! i did notice a few minor glitches as i was playing but overall it was awesome! i thought it was alot more realistic than black ops and even MW2 for that matter. great graphics and gameplay imo
