Tekken 6 and TTT2 just kinda showed up, and I don't remember either one being a terribly noteworthy release. It was just "Hey, another Tekken came out. Yep". Were is the hype for this series? Anyway, supposedly after Tekken 7 we finally get Tekken Vs. Street Fighter. Hopefully it turns out better than SNK Vs. Capcom, that game was a mess online with boss characters all accessible and usable online sans just two, and it completely broke it. (Shin Akuma, looking your way buddy) That was the only time I was ever good at a fighter, lol. Watched a buddies vids of him playing as Dhalsim, copied him blatantly, and was top 50 in a week.

That was when you hit a solid wall of Shin Akuma who were sent to break your knee caps. I've always been interested in fighters, just can never actually understand the nuance and depth of high level play, so usually after the first month when all the casual players move on, all thats left is beast mode players. (I consider myself to be roughly a well informed scrub I suppose) I really want to buy that new Guilty Gear game on PS4, but just getting wrecked and having no idea what to do isn't fun. Too bad, game looks awesome.

@tonitorsi: With what I've played so far, I think "Team B" is better than him, quite frankly. Once we get Dark Souls 2: SotfS, I'm gonna be done with Bloodborne. The passive storytelling is a little too passive here, I still haven't got the foggiest idea what the **** is going on in this game, or why. I'm just not anywhere near as engaged as I was with Dark Souls 2.

Finally beat The Cleric. Next up, that big pig at the end of that tunnel. Baby steps.

You can cheese the pig by going down the shortcut ladder behind him (it's at the end of the indiana jones boulder bridge) and killing him through the tiny door he can't fit through.

Or you can dodge one of his attacks with noticeable recovery time, get behind and do a charged R2 attack for a stagger, and shove your hand up his ass for a visceral hit. It's glorious. As for people dealing with the mass of villagers at the start… create a character as Professional, pick the hunter axe. Two handed R2 attack. I actually would run in, get as many as I could to follow me, let them get crowded together, get close enough that a bunch start to attack, back step, charge R2 two handed attack… profit. Thin the crowd out with minimal effort with a full frontal assault.

That's a pretty lame attitude to have. They're all great games.

they're excellent but dks2 is 1y old, i think that everyone who wanted to play it already played it enough.

Dark Souls is still being played heavily, and it's older than that. Dark Souls 2 plays very differently from Bloodborne, they both have their appeal.

Sega has a bunch of idiots in charge. Tens of thousands of people wanted Shenmue 3 to the point they would have loved Shenmue to be rebooted. Fans got nothing.

Sonic has been run into the ground. We haven't seen Ecco since Dreamcast. Heck, all of Sega's top notch series are dead. The only good thing I've noticed Sega do in the last decade was release Sonic CD on other platforms.

I KNOW RIGHT.

Jesus Christ, we've made it clear to them that we would settle for Shenmue 1&2 HD as a digital release with multiple laungage options. How fucking hard could that really be? Panzer Dragoon Orta HD? Panzer Dragoon Saga Remaster? Jet Set Radio Future HD? They don't even have to run the risk of physical releases, it's a license to print money, and they just sit on it. It's like they actively try to not make money. It's infuriating ineptness.

Christ, I'm still salty over them making a big deal about bringing back Dreamcast games a few years ago digitally. We got Sega Bass Fishing, Jet Grind Radio, (honestly, JSRF is much better) and the freaking Sonic Adventure games. Bleh.

Yah, not feeling it at all now. Straight up bored by this game. I'm not a fan of the changes to combat, it feels very limited and dull. The setting is starting to feel very bland and everything looks a bit too samey for my liking. Bloodborne to me is like a ditzy blonde younger sister of the Dark Souls games. Pretty, but very shallow. Hopefully Miyazaki steps aside for the next game, and it's a true successor to the Dark Souls franchise. (preferably helmed by the same fella that did the sublime Dark Souls 2) I think the mans lost his touch.

Hopefully that next game takes the engine he developed for this game and actually does something interesting with it. One of the things tha kept me going in Dark was just seeing what was next, in this one, what I'm seeing is an awful lot of the same damn thing, just arranged differently. I really am sorely let down, dat hype burn. I'll likely delete this from my PS4. Glad so many other folks are loving it, just not for me.

Hate the design philosophy behind their choose your own adventure games. A dozen ways you can handle this situation! But only two results! Hooray! I just watch them on youtube.

Played REmake HD for twenty minutes, then promptly forgot it existed.

I've dropped dead twice in the Blood Starved Beast boss fight with full health. Once when a co-op partner was hitting it with a visceral hit, and the second time solo (because finding a partner suddenly became impossible) he missed a hit, I was at full health, and I just died for no reason. No, I wasn't poisoned either time. Full health. Third time I died legit and the screen was stuck on the fight arena after I died, and I had to close and reboot the game. Now a video is out there that shows the boss will sometimes glitch through a wall and die.

Then them loading times… ugh. It's a good game, but it should have been delayed another few months for more QA. But thats the way things are now outside Nintendo world. Ship it now, fix it later. Honestly, I think once DS2: Scholar of the first Sin arrives, I'll probably stop playing this one altogether.

I don't believe in asking neighbors to turn down loud music late at night. If you are a responsible intelligent adult, you already KNOW not to do that at such a late hour. If you are doing it anyway, then you are a braindead waste of space, and I'll just skip straight to the nuclear options. I do not ask adults to act like adults, I expect it.
