Wow, I didn't think this many people would be so slow on this.

Take Mario Cart, all of its tracks, cars, and characters, and make them all more realistic. I didn't say anything about swapping characters or leaving the characters untouched whilst making the overall game more real.

Like the example I used before. Take the Transformers going from the cartoon look to the mvoie/real look we saw.

Maybe you need to re-evaluate OP. But let me break it down for ya since you are kinda slow on it....

Alright, slow your roll. In no way, shape, or form am I trying to say Mario Cart "teh sux." In fact, it is one of the only games that would actually motivate me to buy a Wii. It is a very popular franchise that was revisited very well on the GC. And there's no indication it won't be just as good this round.

Now, can you see why people don't agree when you say that Wii has good graphics? Do you see why some people call the Wii "kiddy?" Do you see how consoles like the PS3 and the 360 go for realism and Nintendo goes for........shells?

And before you counter, one more thought. Look at the PS3 screens. How friggin sweet would it be to see mario cart with those graphics? It would be awesome, without a doubt. Don't you wish you had that (gameplay AND graphics)?

hmm i would have to say gta4 will sell more not because its a better game just because its comin out for 360 n ps3 but SSBB will give it a hell of a run carter15kd5

It would be kinda funny to actually out sell GTA which is now multiplat, to a game just on 1 console.

Nearly 75% of every family that I know of, that own a Wii, and have had it for more than a few months only own the game that came with it.

For them they bought it as "The Sports Machine", or "Nintendo Player".

So since no one I know is even looking at games other than the bowling, what would have happened to the Wii and it's sales had it not come with Wii Sports? What would hook the mindless drones in on this?

What if there was no Wii Sports at all?

IMO It would have definitley been a fad that would have died out a lot quicker. As it stands it's just prolonging it's death.

Well that my acknowledgement that there skin and bones and brains behind the mod tag, but also as you proably already figured out, that being a mod is also a level higher than us. You all have resposibilties, but you also have "Teh Powa". Most posters can feel intimadated when they don't agree with mods, while others as you see on this thread jumps on the bandwagon.

I believe my post addresses that fact that he is a poster. I just pointed some things that raises the flag, The Rules of this forum are to be followed, but everybody can interpret those rules in there on way. Ultimately it the mods decision of whether the code is being violated, even though it can be through his/her interpretation.

I also was just saying that through pages I read from some of the replies to his OP, that he and others failed to respond to the comment in the same manner he was asking for. Honestly who can provide proof? This thread itself is base on an assumption. A well deserving, trend of an assumption, but nonetheless, still not conclusive. You can't provide proof of the future that PS3 will not sell extremely well. If you want to play with trends thats fine, but you can't ask for proof on a subject like this no matter how much the odds are stacked against the PS3. I myself live by the philosphy that s*** happens. Therefore, I don't invest 100% on trends and stats, I believe Nintendo proved that theory altogether.
