ps2 I bought a lot of games the day I got it, but I remember wwe smackdown : just bring it being the first game I played (I was a big wrestling fan back then).

It's weird everybody is forgetting about nintendo's conference , I guess it's FFXIII
anyway ,I think nintendo will announce KH3 as an exclusive... what I know for sure is that we won't be seeing any kid icarus:(
overall I don't think it will be a good conference .
all the games you've mentioned are more than enough to put sony in a good position .
but I think sony has some huge surprises that we don't know about and I think also those surprises will be the major highlights of e3 2008 , after the dissappointment that is Microsoft's conference .
FFVII remake is not going to happen , and KH3 will probably be a wii exclusive , so those two can be excluded from the list of sony's potential e3 surprises , then again who knows ?!
don't forget team ICO .
I understand what you're trying to say , when I started the game the gunplay seemed different at first and I really was pissed off and every gunfight left a bad taste in my mouth , but after the fourth chapter , I got used to it , and then started enjoying it .
Now I think it has fantastic gunplay that makes you think wisely about your decisions , like when you run out of ammo you have to get out of your cover to take some from the dead enemies .
Enemies also are smart ,they flank , throw grenades when you stay in cover for a long time , they are not just there to be killed .... the game is meant to be challenging .
and BTW headshots are not that hard as you say , one bullet from the pistol is enough , maybe you're just not aiming accurately or aiming for their chests instead , even then it woudn't take more than three bullets to take an enemy down , unless you're aiming for their legs or shoulders .
I'm going to buy an 80 GB PS3 , but someone told me that the 80GB version has lots of problems with SDTVs like screen tearing and framerate problems , first I thought this was a huge load of crap , but then I decided to ask for advice anyway
so , does the 80gb version really have problems with SDTVs ?
I need some jrpgs (other than crisis core) on my psp , but I don't want srpgs .
i am in almost full agreeance with proeye, however, again, we don't know what SONY has in store for us. could be nothing. which if that is the case, PS3 only owners are screwed. we'll see.0rin
If sony has anything new , they must show it in E3 or even TGS , because if they're not going to announce anything at those two events , the ps3 is pretty much screwed at 2008 ( in the jrpg department ) , 2009 though is a different story .
But I really admire what ms is doing , trying to infiltrate the japaneese market by announcing lots of jrpgs , it's like they never get desperate no matter how bad the xbox 360 is doing in japan ... kudos MS .
the last remnant is still coming for the ps3 , it's a matter of 3 or 4 months .
star ocean 4 wasn't announced as an exclusive , if it were an exclusive it would have been announced at the MS premiere rpg event , think about it , what better occasion would they confirm it's exclusivity than a microsoft event in japan ??
tales of vesperia shouldn't be taken that seriously , since no one would buy a 360 just for this game .
eternal sonata is multiplat , blue dragon is mediocre , and lost odyssey -while being well crafted - is just another generic jrpg with an outdated battle system .
the 360 is definetly gaining JRPG momentum , but all it has to offer right now is either some multiplats , or some generic jrpgs
the ps3 on the other hand sucks in jrpgs , it may have the same multiplats as the 360 ( the last remnant , SO4 ) , but it doesn't have anything special untill WKC , FFXIII ,and vs come out .
they said it's coming for the xbox360 .... they never said it's gonig to be an exlusive .
besides , this was announced at the MS rpg premiere 2008 event , I wouldn't expect them to announce it for the ps3 also , even if it is multiplat ( which it will 90% ) .
[QUOTE="W1NGMAN-"][QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"][QUOTE="LastOfTheBest"][QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"]Yeah, I own both and GTA IV is definitely the vastly superior game.BioShockOwnz
gta4 is fun, but uncharted is on a different lvl, especially on visuals.
Overall general consensus disagrees. Uncharted isn't that good. 7.5 tops.
Overall general consensus shows Uncharted as an 89.8% game. Its far from being an "7.5 tops" game.
Uncharted = 8.0, GTA IV = 10
Do you always take gamespot's scores that serious ?
I know we are on GS forums , but the guy is having an argument with you and is backing it up with an average critic score including a lot of sources , only for you to make a weak attempt at a comeback by stating one person's opinion only !!!
I'm not saying which game is better , I'm just confused by a lot of people here at SW that take GS reviews too serious .
