Definitely agree with you on the whole tank top in the blizzard part. I have played every tomb raider and when i picture Lara i see her as very feminine yet very tough. So the voice acting fits her perfectly for me. One one hand she can be an elegant woman and on the other she can be a kick ass adventurer. I have seen a lot of comments about her voice not fitting but for me it works.
