I understand the goal of the rule in HS football. They want to teach good sportsmanship and not to be a bad winner. Unfortunately the rule is so strick it takes a lot of the fun out. idk...everybody's interpretation of "good sportsmanship" is different. but i guess i can understand that they want to prevent fights or somthing maybe? Right now, I do legs on a separate day. On one 8-week plan, Romanian deadlifts were used for back during a back-only day. Regular deadlifts are in the leg day. Same with Romanian. It's usually one or the other, though. I used them for my lower back that one plan, but since I had a leg day, too, and they were working my legs, it's better to do them on leg days.BranKetrasounds good. ill definitely give that one a try.
So, you feel that stuff like Romanian deadlifts are quad-dominant? I talked to you about it before, but for me it's a hamstring dominate and lower spinal erector muscles. I guess people have different technique for the same exercises. Anyway, I'm working on making a new workout plan. idk i just go to this website and this reputable guy has like 15 different workouts and i picked one that i like. yea i dont really feel it in my quads but hey its kinda working right now. i need to change it up here pretty soon though...idk what to change it to though. working is incredibly difficult!! i have no problem lifting, its just finding out what to group with what. ugh.[QUOTE="pygmahia5"]

right now im on this one. this is my 4th week and I haven't seen that much gain on it, but to be fair i didn't go by the progressive method and i decided to do one week super light. so maybe that was my problem...going to stick to the given rep ranges now and see what happens.

hahaha those silent letters are insane. i think it would be english if that ever does happen. but im not so sure everyone would abide by that universal language rule.English can totally go to hell with it's 'silent letters'.
