link to the question and mod response I'm referring to. http://www.gamespot.com/forums/topic/28850412/everytime-i-make-a-thread-mentioning-photography-it-gets-locked. I tried asking the same question in this thread but my post was deleted and the thread locked.

So what is the deal? Another member asked a moderator if it would be ok to have a post your photos thread and was told it was ok. So quite a few people started to post photos and HAVE A DISCUSSION about them or the methods. So why was it locked? A second thread that was created and had more replies was locked because another photography thread was open. What is the problem with the thread that it needs to be locked?

5 to 6 positive g's, and when the chutes hit -7+.. Tires deformation, has to be the coolest thing about a top fuel dragster/funny car, 8000hp does some cool stuff>jrtec13
Noticed that on the Funny car pic. Pretty insane. I would love to shoot some rally races. Of course there's the whole fearing for your life the whole time though. Here's a few of mine.

I never fully understood the need to. If you go to avsforum just about everybody will say "yes", but in reality it isn't like the tv wasn't turned on before it arrived in your home.

What? You think they test every TV before packaging?

Most 360/PS3 games are native 720p. There are a handful of games (last count under 20 including market place games) that run native 1080p. Halo 3 actually runs at less than 720p. As such, most games will look best at 720p as upscaling will introduce artifacts. Blu-Ray is the the only current mass medium to enjoy native 1080p.rastan
Agreed, but I just wanted to make it known that the 360 is capable of 1080p.

You'll have a problem finding a new TV that only does 480p at max. Not to mention you will also lose some of the picture due to the 4:3 aspect ratio. Next, 1080p is only going to benefit you at that size of 24-26" if you are sitting a few feet away. Lastly, all models of the 360 are capable of 1080p but it depends on the type of cable that you use and the resolutions allowed on those particular inputs of your TV. For instance, some TVs allow 1080p over component, bust most don't.

You plugged it all into the HTiB or just the audio cables? Was there no sound at all? Did you switch the input on you HTiB if you just plugged in the audio cables and heard no sound?

Rule things out. Like the previous person said, try headphones plugged directly into the computer to see if it is the speakers themselves or possibly your sound card.

I think all three of the OPs picks are great. After watching the recent Assassin's Creed: Revelations trailer it just proved to me more that this game has potential expand more on the current story and give more to the epic battles. Halo has been on the minds of people for quite some time and there is plenty to work with. So much in fact I believe they would need to have sequels in order to show all of the key points from the games. inFamous has a lot of story, but I feel that this one would be the most likely to be done badly. From another conversation long ago, I still think the Gears of War series has the makings of a big time movie. Again, with this though there are big chances that it would be done cheaply and with bad one-liner writing. Someone with a gaming passion/history needs to become a screen write and really do one of these conversions as well as we all envision them.
