2 me it's another FPS with some sci-fi /RPG like feature twist 2 it. Microsoft does FPS damn good and driving games decent (Forza series) but anything else they either fail at or outdone by other games in the same genre for one its not in first person few but i get ur point. Ms is trying to get into other genres with crackdown, Lost oddessy, alan wake n fable 2. Time will only tell if it works out.

the point of this thread exactly....games standing alone without live suck! Live is technologies steroid. Its like having a computer with out internet.....Live makes it better.
After doing Las Vegas, every game must include Vegas. Besides, America is the only scenario where you can have a variety of cultures. If GTA IV is done outside the US the game will be a big time let down and disappointment. If R* wants to include "trips" to other countries that is one thing (smuggling some dope from Columbia would be cool) but other than that, it is a VERY BAD IDEA to leave the US.

why do people assume that americans think the world revolves around them. Im american and i know the world doesnt revolve around the US but i also would like to see the series stay in america.
Jamaica could be big enough if they added the right detail. Rock* stick to one big city like chicago, change up the mission structure and you should be able to go in every building.
