WTF ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT? Metal gear solid 1 WAS multiplat. Metal gear solid 2 WAS multiplat. And every other mgs game before them WAS multiplat. MGS 3 was the ONLY one to remain exclusive. Get your facts straight.

I agree with the Ps3 not having that many good exclusives. Lets see. Metal gear solid 4, Resistance, and FF13 are the only decent exclusives for the Ps3. That still doesn't compete with the 360's gears of war, shadowrun, the darkness, halo 3, oblivion, mass effect, bioshock etccoolkidplaya

Oblivion and Darkness are both on the PS3. Bioshock and Gears of War are not exclusive to the 360 either. That leaves you with Halo 3, Mass Effect and Shadowrun. That's pretty equal to the PS3, especially when you count God of War 3 (which I'm not sure why you didn't).

Sony obviously isn't thinking smart this gen because they're losing a lot of exclusives. Devil may cry 4 used to be a Ps3 exclusive, but it's now going to be on xbox 360 as well. Grand theft auto 4 is now coming to the 360, Assasins's creed is now going to the 360,There's a good chance mgs4 will be on 360for the fact that every other mgs game has been multiplat.And final fantasy 13 is now RUMORED to be multi plat. Ps3's on the verge of losing a lot of games. i really don't see the point of buying the Ps3 for games i could just play on my 360.

That's where your wrong. First of all Devil may cry 4 is a Ps3 exclusive pal. second, Final Fantasy 13 is a Ps3 exclusive. Thirdm Metal gear solid 4 is a Ps3 exclusive, and fourth, there are several other exclusives coming in 08. Socom 4, Final Fantasy 7, and Kingdom hearts 3. All good reasons to get a Ps3

Actually, DMC IS multiplat. You might wanna look that up. You almost made me laugh when you mentioned final fantasy 7 for the Ps3. An example of true favortism. FF7 is NOT being remade for the Ps3. it's already been confirmed.

No. Even the Wii only has 12 Million or so sold. What's the harm in simply waiting 2 more years before declaring your "victor"? I will never understand why our society has the patience of a 2 year old.

After christmas 360 users (with harddrives) will be able to download HD movies of the same quality for a fraction of the price (also games). Every analyst out there thinks hard media will start to die next year. Hell, I already do both on my PC. In less than 4 months blu ray will look very unnecessary. tcarruth

It's not the same quality. 360 movies are 720p, while Bluray/HD-DVD are 1080p. I have a 56" 1080p set and I can tell a marked difference between the two. I also notice a difference in audio as well. For most people it won't matter, but for those of us who have invested $1,000's in our home theater systems we definitely can.

I don't see how, and I'm alway quick to defend Sony when the situation is warranted. There's just not a whole lot positive to say about the system. Mine is only used as a movie player.
