@rayo_theking: you sadly don't type like your a gamer for 20+ years more like 8 year old who only knows PlayStation 4. Anyway same reason Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation are still around consoles are more cost friendly and less of a problem than pcs. PC will never beat consoles. Just like roku, fire tv, apple TV and other streaming boxs are popular even though we have smart TVs and phones who do all what they do at no extra cost.

Microsoft Xbox brand is fine its the windows is that needs support since mainstream people shifted to phones for there go to things. Since windows dominates PC but nothing else. @princetom: umm the older expansions are always included with the base game. I know for a fact if you buy world of Warcraft only you can play up to cata however I think it might be free to pandaria. They changed how expansions work its why they only sell world of Warcraft plus current expansion. Because all others are included by default.

@spectre3140: the facts that they use for game comparison is something you can easily do without even turning on the game. Let's summarize this generation and all previous. PC beats console in graphics and storage....... There digital foundry can now retire there boring obvious videos of PC vs consoles.

Another fail PC vs console video without looking let's assume you get better frame rates. Slightly more option or just more options for graphic adjustments also higher rez better fuel of view etc etc etc. These videos are pointless PC vs console. A F1 will always outperform stock car. Unless your PC is crappy or you can't afford the upgrades but that's something totally and understandable different.

@Saidrex: no one ever said these systems will be around for 10years. The long co sole cycle started with Microsoft pushing the 360 as long as they could. Before that consoles had short life spans. I believe these systems will last for about 6 years then the 7th will introduce something new/ upgraded
