Come on, does anyone actually believe the dad thought this kid was an intruder? The kid just happened to sneak into a crowded house, jump into bed with a girl his own age and have her not make a sound? Anyone with half a brain could have figured out what was going on. And I'm tired of hearing "oh, he was reaching for something!" as an excuse for murder. Seriously, was he stashing a Glock in his undies while he was porking your daughter?

The daughter was stupid, but teenagers in general are stupid. The dad was a grown man who should have had the brain capacity and judgement to realize what was going on. Also, this isn't an issue of gun control, the dad could have just as easily murdered that kid with a hunting rifle.

I'm sort of neutral on the topic. I love the first Transformers movie, and I liked 3, but I was never a huge fan or anything. This one looks like more of the same, which means I will probably see it and most likely enjoy it to some degree.

You may be misreading her feelings. Guys in general tend to think a women being nice to them means they have romantic/sexual interest in them, when in fact, they were just being nice. Like somebody else said, ask her out for a coffee. Unless she is stupid, that should send a messages saying that you are interested in her. If she accepts, chances are she is interested, but you should still feel her out (not in a rapey way) when you go out. Also, don't intentionally try to break up her current relationship, its a serious dick move. It's one thing if she is into you and wants to start something, its another to go out of your way to try and get rid of her current relationship so you have a chance.

Most of the time, yeah, its a dick move (pun intended). If somebody attacks you on the street and you are fighting for your life, then I have no problem with it, but if you are standing up to someone, picking a fight, or in some kind of organized match, then its a complete cheap shot.

Actually, yeah, I dress almost exactly like the guy in the second picture. My main style consists of jeans, a T-shirt and a plaid over shirt. I didn't know I was being fashionable though, that is just what everyone wears in my area (a small, less than wealthy town).
