If you have Year Zero, then check out the last page in the booklet. I think it is the second paragraph. Activision is on the first line, while Nintendo is on the last line. He also thanks Sony, but I'm guessing that is more for computers or something by the way the name is said.

I was looking through the new Nine Inch Nails cd booklet when in the back, I noticed that Trent Reznor thanked activision and Nintendo of America. I also remember Reznor talking about making a movie and other mediums out of the year zero story. What if he recruited activision to make a nintendo wii game. Reznor is a big fan of shooters, so what if they did it right and had the game take place in the future as America is on the brink of witnessing their own self destruction. Just a thought I had...it would be sweet if they didn't screw it up.

Hey, I just got Metroid Prime. I bought it to see if i'd like the series for when the 3rd one comes out. So far I love the first one. I'm about 3 hours into it and just got the 2nd artifact. My only concern is that I have this overwhelming feeling of being lost, or more like sooner or later I'm going to get completely stuck and not know where to find something I need. Like I said, so far i've had no problems, but does it get too hard as to where to go or is the rest of the game pretty consistent in how far you have to go to find new powerups and such?

I do plan on buying both of the Metroid Prime games, but I can't afford it now as I would also have to buy a gamecube controler and memory card as well. I am excited, though, because I had never played a Metroid game before and I wanted to get into it. Good thing, though, as there have been too many franchises I wanted to like, but just wasn't my thing.

well, I went out and rented Metroid Prime 2. I would have gotten 1, but they didn't have it. I also didn't have a memory card and also had to rent the controler, so everytime I played I had to start at the beginning. Well, I played for about an hour and a half and made it pretty far for the time I had (I made it well past the first boss). I loved it. I thought it was fun how it didn't control like a shooter during combat, but I still liked the action, but I also liked the adventure elements to the game as well. Is the first hour or so good enough to go off of to know that i'd prolly like metroid prime 3?

This same thing happened to me. For hours I wandered around trying to figure out why the water level wasn't right to swim to the boss room. Turns out I forgot to hit one of the switches somewhere in the temple that raised the water level. They are in the rooms where you have to go all the way to the top to make the water go down the ramp, then slide down as if on a water slide, then go over and hit the switch which is now level with the water. Sorry if that is confusing, dunno how to explain it.

I recently got my Nintendo Wii. I am not, however a fanboy of any company. My first console was a Nintendo 64, but after that I owned a Playstation 2 for the Metal Gear Solid games and Devil May Cry. I also owned an Xbox for Unreal Championship and Halo 1 & 2. I got the Wii, because I thought the remote was a cool concept and opened up a lot of new things. I had never played a Zelda game before until 3 days ago. I am now 15 hours into Twilight Princess and love it. I have heard from many people that Metroid Prime 3 will control like a shooter, but it is mainly an adventure game. I have also been told the Metroid games are not for anyone. My question is that with my history of loving shooters and my recent love for adventure games, would Metroid Prime 3's gameplay be fun for me since I like both styles, or is it still too hard to tell? Can any Metroid Prime fan explain to me what it's like?
