[QUOTE="skrat_01"]They put the game right back on the shelf so they make zero loss. The theoretically is consumers will generally replace it with another title, and eventually hang onto one, or trade it back (which is even better for the retailer).CajunShooter
This ^^^. I've never ran into a problem with GS taking used games back when I say I don't like them. I don't do it all the time though, and I do buy new stuff there so maybe that's why.
My feeling though is if they do have a problem with you returning something then they need to advise you of that fact up front. I doubt legally they can refuse to take back a trade if it's in the same shape as you bought it, and accepting used games back is their standard policy. However who is going to sue GS over a $40 game.
It isn't against the law. It is covered on the fine print at the bottom of the receipt. You are allowed 1 exchange within 7 days for not liking a game. But as I said earlier, it is up to the employees on whether they will allow for more. If they see you abusing it they will circle the item on the receipt and put down Defective exchange only. It does not say 1 trade. You can return it as many times as they allow, usually by the 4th or 5th times they'll stop allowing you to return them. And Tales of Vesperia and Mass Effect 2. Could you add these games, thanks.[QUOTE="red12355"]
[QUOTE="Gamtrix"] PS3 doesn't (decisively) win quality wise either. We already went over this. This is an example of what you're doing when you're taking the average score of ALL the games:
System A has a game with a 100 MC (metacritic) score. The average for system A is 100.
System B has two games, one with a 100 MC score and another with a 90 MC score. The average for system B is 95.
Does it follow that system A is better than system B? By claiming that system A is indeed better, you're penalizing system B for having more games, even though system B's library easily matches (and surpasses) system A's library."
The only fair way to compare the averages is to take to top 26 of the 360's games and compare it to the top scoring games of the PS3. The average when you only take the top 26 is 86%, a far cry from the 82% you have posted. (Compared to the 87% of the PS3.)
Also, you still haven't added these games. (Even though it was brought up hours ago, and you have been reminded at least once.) It's not 30 games vs 26 games. It's 35 vs 26, heavily in favor of the 360.
[QUOTE="Shift05"]You forgot a few games for the 360:
Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium wars
Tomb Raider: Legend
Peter jackson's King Kong
Flatout Ultimate Carnageall AA+ on MC
as well Bully Scholarship Edition since your counting collections for the PS3 that are not on the 360...
Then theres Tiger woods PGA tour 08, and Madden NFL 07, etc.. That are AA on the 360 while not on the PS3, unless A games count only towards the PS3.

[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"]to the hardcore 360 fanboys it pretty much is, the 360 is having a poor year, all they could do is look at Mass Effect 2 which was their "console exclusive" now they even lost that. 360 isn't having a hard year. The most anticipated game of the year is on our system.TC was the same guy who thought ME2 to PS3 was a megaton .

You left off Fable 3 and Dance Central, I'm not even going to get into the rest of the Kinect exclusives you didn't mention but Dance Central is a big one and can't be ignored.
CaseyWegner
fable 3 is not exclusive.
You can play Fable 3 on the PS3? Since when?
