I got 6482 score now after switch off (@ AtiTrayTools > Kill Ati Hotkey Poller). So thats better, but after the test @ Advanced Analyzer the same clocks, so i think i have 2 use this guide ?

@Tictac.. Go to google typ: Game-o-meter and do a analys.

Its linked with the makers of 3Dmark and u see a score u should get normally, if ur score in 3dmark is a lot different, ur clocks can maybe lower as well.

Look in ur conctol center > Ati Overdrive and check the speeds and pls post them..

U should get this:

575/690 (the clocks)..

Compared @ the site of Futuremark, my card score a lott less.

Thats because of my clocks, should be around 7000 point @ the speeds it should be..

I googled and found that my clocks run @ 2d mode and normally switch @ 3d-mode, but it isnt,

after the bench i see my clocks wich tested and that are 2d-mode speeds...

I see a guide for 'clock' it to full potential (specefications) speed & try if that fix it..

Optimized Netwerk Config, cuz if u play audio the performence of the internetspeed sux...

BTW: i think they released Vista in BETA style cuz so many probs..

I downloaded the basic edition and did the bench.

After i got a low score of 5568.

I got this config:

E6750::2gb 667MHz::X1950XT::Asus P5KC & 250GBSeagate Barracuda SATAII 16MB buffer...

If i do a test with Game-O-meter i should et 6800 score......

How is this possible..

I got DX9.0c + Ati Catalyst 7.8

My card was underclocked i saw (core speed > 500MHz Should be: 600MHz) (Mem Speed: 1188MHz Should be: 1800MHz

And my cooler was never turning fast .. saw @ ati tray tool it does 63% > 97C and 100% 100C...

So im gonna look now again

Why u want a 1950gt is really a big difference with the pro.

If u want to game good with Crysis is the less u need (for high performence) a 1950pro.

I mean a 1900xt is better then a gt and 1900 xt is mayb better then a 1950 pro.

1950!! doesnt say all types are better then types with lower numbers. (pro is what u need or xt)

ur card is getting to hot maybe..

Ur ram + graca is on the low site.. so that is the problem.

Set the settings some low maybe or lower resolution.

I got this:

e6750, 2GB, X1950XT & play it without freezing @ max AA max etc...

@Acidbite: i think ur cpu does not let ur graca blow in the full way.

Think that is a little bottleneck.

Yeah ur right, but i mean the players account with the key included.

Im not Quake fan, but more Wolfenstein and it is like that, the same kinda setup of gameplay.

But really curious how the Quake part in the game will set out.

I mean, 4 years ago i saw pop up commercials before playing Wolfenstein, of QW and it was so amazing.. and it took so long time and i always waited for it.. now got a new pc & really want to test hehe.

Btw.. i never played Quake so much (Only Quake 2 on school in the lessons LAN haha).

But furter only a little Quake 3.. Prob is when i go online @ this moment i always die so increadibly fast.
