@sakaixx: I have an RX 480 and have very little issues with it for 1080p gaming even with current titles. If this survey is to be trusted AMD can make a big comeback if they tackle the 1080p/60fps audience more aggressively.

@sam453oh: 64gb is larger than a blu ray disc...how is it a joke? I hope you understand this article is about the game cartridge.

@cainetao11: Only Nintendo gets that pass? What about Cuphead, Shovel Knight and Ori and the Blind Forest? Plenty of Indies are getting a pass as they should since the games are great. Some of my favorite games last gen ended up being indies as well (Guacamelee, Runner 2 and Limbo). Ratchet & Clank (PS4) wasn't a fully priced game and got a lot of praise. I think some of these developers and publishers are just spending way too much to make these games and need to scale back a bit.

I agree though...I don't know any gamer in real life that doesn't love single player games. The media wants us to buy into that to get used to the idea of a gaming landscape with less SP games. Sad since the majority of games I play now are SP.

@forester057: I agree with you 100%. For me the sweet spot is around 20 hours. It's long enough to not feel ripped off but short enough to replay more than once. I'm fine with 30 hours also if it is fun throughout and not a game full of fetch quests. I am done with games like that.

Some good examples are: Resident Evil 4, The Last of Us, Uncharted 2, Bioshock and Dishonored 2.

I really hope Bayonetta 3 is released next year. This line up is great but they do need more mature oriented games on their console. I would love for them to resurrect Shadow of the Eternals as well.

@Snight01: Not this American...I no longer have Xbox live (canceled 2 years ago) and didn't renew my PS Plus last year. I get my online multiplayer fix on PC or Wii U (yep, still playing Kart & Smash online). I really do wish more people would vote with their wallets. I hope this time they do and cancel at the very least their cable. Everyone should cut the cord after this to send a message.

@doodoflife: None of those were released in 2017. That is the reason why PS hardware was not mentioned. This article should of been pointing to both MS/Nintendo and respecting the fact that they made the top 5 this year in searches. Lets us know that there is still a big interest in console gaming.

@StokeMeAClipper: Street Fighter EX Plus Alpha was one of my favorite fighting games on PS1 not named Tekken. I don't even know why but my friends and I were hooked on it. I really wish they would've added that game in this collection.
