Episodic games need to die out already. It makes sense for TV shows but for games this is a horrible business model. I'm not going to invest in episode 1 and not know if the others are any good or when they will be released. I been voting with my wallet and I can only hope others have been as well.
@darkhunterix: I usually buy used towards the end of each generation and those buy 2 get 1 free deals really helped me catch up on games I missed out on. Gamestop was actually pretty awesome back in the day. A lot of gaming stores were. Funcoland, EB games etc. Now I can find much better deals online. I do see that Gamestop does have price drops on physical games but like you said they're always late to the party.
@wtf_666: None of my friends or co workers talk about VR when discussing video games. At least not recently. I personally think the hyped died down. Other than RE7 was it there to be excited about? I'll be shocked if PSVR ever hits 10 million sold.
Came here since I am excited for Injustice 2 and had no clue it received a 7 and bad criticism for replay value, story and tutorials. I hope this reviewer go his shit together since this review. The replay value in most fighting games is practice mode, VS and of course online. The tutorial doesn't need to be too detailed. I have a lot of fun discovering my own combos or of course YouTube. Now to the story. I never cared for story mode in any fighting game but this one was a lot of fun to play through. It actually felt like a story line you would find in an over the top comic series. I rated this game a 10 (I know it isn't perfect) mainly cause the amount of fun I was having with friends/online that I was blind to some of the flaws. All fighting game fans should give this or the upcoming sequel a chance.
@srinivas: I can understand that but it would've been great especially with the whole 'Return to Yharnam' thing that started on March 10th. Missed opportunity in my eyes.
Until Dawn is worth a play through. Bought it during a sale months back and no regrets. Actually tempted to play it again and do everything differently. That is why the game isn't too long. It encourages multiple runs to get different results/endings.
Reitman is delusional. A sequel to this will fail miserably. The movie ended up costing Sony money instead of making them money. I hope this sends a loud message to Hollywood that the public does not want to see bs feminist agendas shoved down our throats. Especially when it ruins a franchise a lot of us loved.
