Only GOW3, Heavy Rainand ICO games have a chance to be great non RPG games on PS3 and some PSN titles

Agreed. Between Demon's Souls and Valkyria Chronicles, the PS3 has easily two of the best RPGs this generation. The only game on 360 that even comes close is Lost Odyssey.
