You might want to take a look at the PSU again. It looks like it doesn't have the right ammount of conectors or the right kind of connectors for thte CPU to get power. Everything else looks good though.

You should get the motherboard first because that is what all your components will go into. it will be easier to change the case than the motherboard.

The specs look the same so it should be alright.

The only difference I can see is the Heatsinks on the one you already have.

(You just don't want any of the speeds on the two sets to bee different than each other.)

I hear that Tiger Direct is a good source. I personally Prefer Newegg myself. I would buy new because you never know what has happened to a refurbished laptop

If you are going to add another 8800 Ultra you might want a better PSU
