It is basically 4 seperate cores on one die or chip and the combined processing power of the cores together is 4GHz.

This article should help.

Whenever I am playing a game, the computer will freeze in the middle of the game (After about 5 minutes) and I have to restart the game. I have tried opening up the side of the case and putting a 12" house fan blowing at the CPU and MOBO but it still freezes, only after about 10-12 minutes this time.

You should Download VLC Media Player. I plays all types of media files except Real media.

Supreme Commander also depends a lot on the processor because of the massive amounts of units that are being controlled. That card should work as long as you have a good enough processor.

If you are really desperate for a driver you can download one from Realtek. It is not a very good one though, but at least it is one.

If you have XP installed first, then you should be able to simply install Vista an the other HDD by using the advanced options when setting up Vista. Vista comes with a OS selector thing so that when you boot up your computer it will ask you which OS you want to start. If you have Vista installed first, then I don't know
