Wow really? a 8.0 rating for a game with such crappy development? There are games out there that have been worked on for years, with plenty of enjoyable things and heck of a lot more replayability than this that gamespot gave 7.5 or worse. Give me a break Gamespot. This is tasteless humor.
@Toysoldier34 @saadomar90 yeah it's the most sought after sports game in the world. But EA really knew how to lock it down too. They monopolized it by licensing. Funny thing is, EA is an american company.
Just out of curiosity? Wasn't EA sport's biggest hit FIFA? and they expanded and turned out just fine, right? I remember getting into gaming with Fifa 98, and that was the stuff of legend. So having soccer (football) as the franchise attraction doesnt necessarily exclude you from continuing to be great. Matter of fact, Fifa and football in general is getting pretty big now in the U.S.
So the Baptism offends him (its unavoidable, it's almost the 1st few mins of the game), but I wonder if he would've stopped when the game depicted racial violence, or violence in general? Does he avoid games that avoid stealing? Because half the adventure/rpg style games have that too.
Every Bioshock game manages to move me emotionally. Spoilers: I pitied the baby Anna to have to be separated from her real Dad, and never getting to know him. Although the father wasn't perfect, It was certainly emotional to see a baby get taken away.
Wow you guys didn't see the Big Daddy and Little sister in the songbird drowning part? That's the biggest symbolism for their relationship. Songbird is the big daddy and Elizabeth/Anna is the little sister.
