Well. I feel so depressed these days when I come on Gamespot. I keep finding out all these developers who keep laying people off. I feel bad for all those people having to seek new employment. At least it's thinning out the masses, and natural selection is playing out in the gaming industry. Good companies get to stick around, companies that can't make outstanding games get ousted. This forces companies to make more intelligent decisions during game development hopefully, that's the silver lining to all this. Good luck, you people of Sega.
@ulgk its not going to be that great. I played the first soldier front and the trailers were CGI and completely misleading. This game will have better graphics than SF1, but it wont be that much better. It's no COD or battlefield.
@xeoneex66 obviously u dont know who makes FIFA. The single most successfuly sports game ever. Might be the trademarks they hold, but it still comes from them. Don't bash an entire company because you're angry that they potentially ruined your favorite franchise. Not all of it is bad.
Many people don't like EA anymore, myself included. But I still have a great deal of appreciation for one of their best games, Fifa. It was the first game I was truly invested in, and gaming became a hobby of mine thanks to Fifa 98. This guy has been CEO since 91, that means he was instrumental in the success EA received. They've had some hits, and more than a few misses. But EA is still one of the leading publishers in the gaming industry thanks to this guy.
