Most memorable and probable quote that got him 'fired':
"..fortunately we have a product for people who aren’t able to get some form of connectivity, it’s called Xbox 360...If you have zero access to the internet, that is an offline device."
Well, it is still $100.00 expensive with the forced kinect. I would not be surprised if X1 has multiple SKU without Kinect or lesser storage space with a lower price. X1 reputation is tarnished after E3 and the option to turn on that DRM is still THERE through software!
I will not trust Microsoft after all this garbage and spin!
Its an expensive machine due to the Kinect 2.0. I'm wondering how much it will cost if they can only remove that from the system. Unfortunately, it is not an accessory but part of the X1, so whoever wants to buy this thing is stuck with the $500.00 price tag.
Its true. I bought an SNES EA Madden Football in the 90s and even though it cost me $50 or so, it was a piece of crap compared to the one on Sega Genesis. Quickly went to the store the next day and traded it in for cash for $20.00 which I don't really care because it is crap.
@blackace I agree but they do have something like 30 IPs and now they have 'X' and 'Xenoblade in their roster as JRPG. They just need to get MARIO and MARIO KART, Donkey Kong to increase their install base and go from there. Heck, I want F-ZERO and METROID but their talent pool will grow thin if they do that.
