@captainwonton: you realize the microtransactions are purely cosmetic?

I just can't wait for EGS to start having the features I want (all seem to be roadmapped by June), so I can buy the games there instead of Steam.

Yes, having them all on the same platform w/ the same features, profile info, etc would be AMAZING. But I've accepted it just wont happen. WoW, OW, Apex, BF, ME, DA, etc aren't coming to Steam.

Now I try to focus on just the quality of the platform. Once EGS improves, I'll gladly help the publishers out and avoid giving my $ to greedy Valve. I'm already trying to use Humble over Steam as much as possible.

@Kezzy123: Ok, you don't know what defines "trolling" apparently. Nor do you understand the true intentions of a review of a game.

But since you'll probably reply w/ something irrelevant, let me explain. "Trolling" is doing something for a reaction. Plain and simple, at its base definition. So yes, the reviews ARE trolling and are successful at it.

Reviews are a player's thoughts on a particular game in and of itself. Review bombing a game in order to prevent sales of another game is NOT how reviews should work. That is NOT their intention.

Anyway, that's is all. You may now continue being an unhappy gamer for no reason besides entitlement and pettiness.

@Jinzo_111887: that is true. But do you really think a AAA, highly promoted game is gonna sell half the amount b/c it's not on Steam? You dont think, like, Apex, Blizz games, Fortnite, etc sorta show the masses don't really care if a game is on Steam? Just the whiny fanboys?

@Thanatos2k: why doesn't it belong on the EGS? Who makes that decision? Under what rules

One of my favorite people in the industry in regards to ideas and concepts. Glad he's going back to his roots!
