anyways, i think it's ok, definatly better then people are making it out to be. There weren't really any letdowns, and wasn't much hype. I only can think of 3 bad moments. The amazing green and orange 360, the clever wording about sales, and how they were describing assasins creed better then it actually was when it was being played (talk less plz). Otherwise, it was fine.

No, i'm with you. The Games were OK, the extras were good (XBL announcements) to bad (omfg, teh green/orange 360). The GoW port was good news, even if it was leaked. They are still trying to make games for windows look like a good thing... But meh.

I've seen much worse, like the PS3 price announcement. That was horrible, the graphics looked crappier then before, the presenters lacked charisma, and of course, the $600 bomb. Not to mention, what was with the random interviews?

There have been a lot bigger polls like this, generally Wii is first, 360 is second, PS3 is third. But that only applies to people that care enough games to go on the internet. I shall now state the least useful answer possible!

They still are selling loads of PS2's

But the price drop + the low console sales is bad for sony. The price drop is good for sony's customers, but not sony. Sony is probally sad =(.

Overall sony mood - =| format wars are being won! Huge cash cow gained. Game consoles didn't meet projections, huge cash cow depleted. Their other electronics (walkman, viao, ericson) aren't doing that well, but not that bad either. Plus, it's not like reduced sales is killing them.

The 360 has always outsold the PS3 each month by 2x. It will only get worse for Sony as the year progresses.

Well from your links (not a fan of sites like Nexgen wars but oh well) had the 360 at 3,895,000 and the PS3 at 3,559,194, that is a over 300,000 units apart. That is alot.

But those aren't double sales. 300 thousand units apart are about 10% more sales...
