[QUOTE="c0mplex"]

[QUOTE="mother_farter"]is UT3 going to be cross platform with the PC? if so then i dont even think there would be a need for a mouse but since someone said that epic completely redid the controls for consoles then i guess it would be ok. but if it is cross platform then it gives the PC users an unfair advantagemother_farter

no cross-platforming for this game. atleast not for the X360.

ok good

YESS I just don't like cross platform :) good to hear

i just have a fear that all games will become cross-playable games, like both vista and x360's canplay together, which might ruin things, andbasically waste all money.

p.s. - anyone know if with the monitor cable on a fullscrene monitor will cut out the bottom and top and make it widescreen?

hey

I don't play alot of games.  I actually play very little, but when I do, i just play on the computer.  After a while, I really want a good system,as a good pc costs too much and there aren't enough games.

So I was woundering, as a pc shooter guy, will x360 satisfy?  i mean I'm sure that theres other people who used to play on the pc and then switched to the x360.

how do shooters work out on the x360? will all games eventually be cross-playablewith vista owners, ruining everything?  Is it hard to aim? If I play on my regular pc monitor that's not widescreen, will is just use the middle part, or use fullscreen?

pleasee help me out, I just can't make up my mind, need your help :)

Then go to the Volume control and unmute or mess with the volumes for the 360. ALSo you computer needs to be on at all times when you do that.xelloss88
not true! i play ps2 without my computer on using my speakers---my speakers came with an adapter, and i use that as a source instead of the computer, directly.

yea, if you want to go all technical the red light is standby.  but in practicality the red light is basically to signify its off because nothing else is operating except the red light, and thus overheating is not very possible..at all.
