the problem with this gen is: because of the heavy unprecedented marketing, more and more people joined the gaming community by adopting a console (one or the other), those new comers and unlike older console owners, do not know anything about gaming outside of their consoles, they probably dont even know what an RTS is or how RTS's evolved in the last decade, those same people used to think that PC's do not run games in "HD" while this gen consoles can! o_O
those guys from the studios know exactly what they are saying, and they know exactly to whom they are saying it...
anyway, halo wars will probably be a good game for a console, but a game that could never compare to any RTS's on PC because of physical limitation on the consoles. every gamer should know that an RTS eats just as much RAM as you throw on it. and with less RAM, you will have to choose between a lower number of units and low spec gfx or suffering lags and maybe loss of game-play...
if you take any RTS from PC (Sins of a solar empire) for example and try to run it on 512MB of memory, you will get a good lol from it...
those guys are talking about controls like if they already resolved the problem of running a good RTS on a low spec system... that's pathetic. i call this a diversion from the main point.
