I agreeing. This is not true as I never got any bad thing from eBay. All the time correct purchase or if selling, correct money. Also Play-Asia.com if you are import. It is good in Auzzie here for when US dollar is close to Auzzie dollars as get game for 60% of what is buy in store in Auzzie.
