Just get Tor. It's like bittorrent, except for standard web practices. Anyway, if you can't install it there's a portable version available as well. It's far faster than most proxy sites as well.

America's citizenship programmes are possibly the least efficient and most pointless citizenship tests in the history of mankind. Where other nations see fit to automatically grant you citizenship after a set period of time, apparently America needs you to speak a level of English that was set by God knows who, and know something of their history.

Its funny, because America still has so many citizens who can't speak a lick of English, don't 'integrate' like the rednecks demand, and still form up in areas commonly inhabited by their own group.

You can TOTALLY see its working.

I've always had an interest of mabye working in the states for a year or two some time after I finish my degree. Somehow I feel that the effort that one has to exert to work there is not really worth it, when one can easily apply for a work permit or citizenship in England and work there.
