So how are the vehicles used in this game? Are they laying around the map like in Battlefield, or is it the same stupid ass way they did it the last time?
I knew this would happen. I didn't want it to, but I knew it would. It's the same problem with large companies. They will very rarely EVER take a risk on anything. Honestly, they waste more money developing the thing that they good and well know they'll never innovate with. Had they given half a damn about making that Steel Battallion game and made it work like it was supposed to with seamless control, it would have been a hit, a killer app. Nope, piss poor job, had crap controls, everyone steered clear. So sick of companies like this coming up with great ideas, and doing a quarter-ass job.
@ember_to_flame: You should get back to playing it. Flying around on planets is a lot more fun, and you can control the ship better. It seems as if you can stop and hover on planets now. Not sure if it's hovering or the ship is moving EXTREMELY slow, feels like hovering though. I've found I don't get bored quickly because there is always something to do with the new quests, and planets seem to have more stuff to explore. Found my first crashed freighter which was awesome, and lucrative. Scattered about this freighter were buried crates with lots of money or nanites inside. I played for a couple of hours. Had to stop, but I wanted to play more. (Wife needed the tv for her work out).
@Metallicwolf29: I remember it being a big deal that the X-Men were going to be in the Spider-man show for a few episodes in the 90's so it did happen. Also, Spider-Man showed in the 90's X-Men cartoon for a few seconds during the Phoenix Saga episodes. They only showed his hand shooting his web to save someone, but he was there. Coolest cameo ever in my opinion.
I'd really like it if they'd get rid of that never touch the ground while in your ship crap. I want to fly through and over and under those floating islands!
