Asus makes a good 23" wide, VH242H, for around $200. It has an HDMI port and will run 1080p. It also has a couple of built-in speakers; for portability if interested.

Hey guys,

I was planning on switching out my current monitor for something a bit bigger (17" right now). My 360 has to be moved out of the living room and into my room so HDMI is preferred. Going for about $250 - $300. What do you suggest?

its funny how everyone was saying since ms is so hush hush there e3 would be insane and yet only forza 3 + halo odst + splinter cell(might go to pc or already did not sure) for 09 exclusives as compared to ratchet and clank/uncharted 2/mag/demons soul/white knight chronicles/fat princess(PSN). so unless all ms exclusives go AAAE and none of the ps3's do with a 2 AAAE(PS3) lead vs 3 AE(360). ps3 seems to be the console with better games this year.

I guess its more about the experience rather than the gameplay itself, You and your friends can always just sit there with the standard controller and play something but when you get up to play guitar hero or rockband, its all different.
