the issue is that they pit the 8150 against the 2700k. you could overclock a 2500k to destroy an 8150, and it would cost alot less. so their tests are very biased.

psu can be reused aslong as its strong enough for the new system, and it must have pci-e power cables if your getting a new psi-e graphics card that needs a direct line to the psu ram cant be reused if your using ddr2 or older and you buy a new ddr3 mobo hard drives, cd, dvd etc can all be reused your motherboard must have the same slot type as your new cpu your case can be reused, aslong as it its a full atx and not a midi which can only fit smaller mATX motherboards windows ofcourse needs to be reinstalled. you cant just change all the parts and put back in your same harddrive and expect it to work. thats pretty much everything

**** this site Errors: - Your HTML is not well-formed - no valid tags were found. - If you are copying from a word processing software, try pasting the text into a plain text editor (e.g., Notepad) first. - If problems persist, try disabling the WYSIWYG editor in your preferences.

mh. the main benefit seems to be loading windows quickly. seeing as my pc is on all the time i decided theres just no point in them at the current price point.

meh. well what would you say to only spending $1.5k? because thats the most i'd spend on any pc. you pay a premium on extreme performance gear which ultimately wont make any difference as, if you already have 200fps, 250 is worthless and not worth the extra money to acheieve. if you actually want to save yourself money then its crazy to spend 3k on a pc. oh man i hate this site : "Your HTML is not well-formed - no valid tags were found. - If you are copying from a word processing software, try pasting the text into a plain text editor (e.g., Notepad) first. - If problems persist, try disabling the WYSIWYG editor in your preferences." for every other thing i type. i did write out a list of suggested components but i just keep getting that error. screw it. WTF IS WRONG WITT THIS SITE?!
