Ok he wants an Intel build. He wants to play games like arma 3. I think he wants to be able to play it at decent settings at least, it doesn't have to be maxed out. He does need like everything, so that includes mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Not sure if he wants an optical drive but those are dirt cheap so hell why not? Besides, it will be easier to install windows 7 or 8 anyway.

Edit: And guys, I said just one nice main monitor mainly used for gaming, and just a very dirt cheap one for like 60-80 bucks or something that will be used for internet browsing or anything else.

Hi. Help me find the right parts for my friend. I know how to build a PC, I just need help finding parts. He is willing to spend 700-800 This will, however, include 2 monitors in this budget (one nice main monitor and a cheap one for internet browsing while he plays games using his main monitor.) Also, he is starting fresh on this so he will need every part.

I have one interesting question about this though. How should we get windows 10? It seems like the only way to install windows 10 is via the internet but how do we access to the internet and download it from there when we don't have a OS to begin with!? And another thing I hate about "how to install windows 10" guides is that nearly every one of those guides act like we already have some windows version....

EDIT: It seems like I will need to use a media creation tool on the official website and install it from a USB drive. This is the way to go?

What does the X2 mean at the end? Does that mean there is two R9 295 inside of that whole thing?

Yeah I knew r9 280 wouldn't do so well in 4k.

So in today's world, if you want to do 4k or multi-monitor (and/or both), it's best to at least dual high end gpus then.

Is running dual GPU better than a single one for 4k? I know it is necessary to run more than 1 gpu if you want to game one more than one monitor. Or did I have this wrong? Is it only necessary to dual gpu or quadruple gpu if you want to run on more than 1 monitor AT 4K...?

Hi guys. Is there any legit ps3 or xbox 360 emulators available? I did google for some but there are several different links to it. So, not sure which ones are legit if there is any legit ones. If there are any legit ones, which one would be the best choice?

I know there are ps2, Wii, and older system emulators available and they're legit. Just wondering if they finally got legit ones for last generation or do we have to wait a little longer before a legit one finally becomes available?

@GTR12: Yeah I have chrome running all the time. But I think I found the issue. It's the modpack I have installed for the game. Not 100% sure though.

I used to be able to play with chrome in the background but ever since the modpack installed, it's been doing that.

Nope no 360 controller. Lol why would i play world of tanks with 360 controller to begin with? It's like playing starcraft with 360 controller haha.

@GTR12: Nope it is not alerting me. I don't think the card is throttling down... world of tanks isn't too demanding for r9 280. I run it on 60-70 fps usually.
