if Sony's console is weaker than Scorpio, I will most definitely hold my horses and wait for Holiday 2017. Only a fan-boy would buy a weaker console when a more powerful one is on the horizon!
Playing this game brought back a lot of good memories. From its sheer violence to its fast-pace action, Doom managed to hold my attention captive for quite a long time.
Something tells me this game is set to be released on sony's next console. The reason Kojima pointed out that the trailer was all real time rendering, somehow alludes to the point that the game is targeted for Sony's next console- becuase none of the current gen consoles can render a game with that graphics fidelity.
@javy: the evidence that you're using the phrase 'jumping BACK' is a powerful testament to the fact that your beloved company has already screwed it up big time.
@facts23: Simply because NX is neither a successor to WiiU nor 3DS. Meaning that the Wii brand is pretty much dead and there will be no console from Nintendo designed with the same approach as Wii brand in mind (i.e., focusing on controller more than any other features of the console). It also means that, despite all the unsubstantiated rumors, the console is not going to be a portable device!
I've two quick questions regarding this news. I'll be thankful if someone answers them regardless of how stupid they may sound:
First, on the new console, will I be able to play my ps4 games by popping in the discs I own right now?
Secondly, since I know next to nothing about computer specs and whatnot, would you please tell me how much of a difference we're talking about between the two models?
