fallout 4 neuclear winter, snow, chicago

Fans have made up and been hyping their own fallout game for some time, to the point I thought is was some sort of ARG Fallout 4: nuclear winterset in the Chicago-Milwaukee area featuring improved weather effects, and a a body heat mechanic like lost planet. If they don't make it, then I hope some one else will under a different name.

Just cancel the last guardian and get it over with.

I'd say a person becomes cyborg when A. a machine is a permanent part of the body that cannot be removed with out handicapping the subject. malik's flight implants in deus ex hr, are small and subtle enough i would not consider her a full blown cyborg, however, if you replace an entire organ or a peice of a body, like a finger or a toe to entire arms, so you can articulate it and you would be weekend with out it, then we have cyborg.

when people complain that vita games like this are console clones they forget why that makes them better than the console versions, it is fucking portable
