To be honest, 4-5 hour campaign is only a few hours less than 6-8 hour campaign. I probably wouldn't notice the difference. Both pale in comparison to last gen with 15-20+ hours.Mr_Cumberdale
With that being said, a 4-5 campaign does not justify a $60 release.

i didnt know leveling up weapons in SP were repeatitive, so what does that make everything else :o

You have to understand something, In R3. All you get to do is aim, shoot and kill enemies and thats about it. Games like COD, Halo have missions where you can shoot from a helicopter, driving stages, helicopter stages. In R3, its the same enemies, kill them and kill them and then go to the next room and do the same again over and over.
there's a train sequence and boat sequence that is similar to what you are describing with halo and cod
Although I did have alot of fun in the train mission, you cant realy interact with the boat or train, all it is, you stand in it. You cant control a turret or a minigun from the boat or training, you cant drive the boats which make it pointless.

Not really, COD campaigns all have cool mission where you can drive a boat and chase down someone like the end mission in MW2 where you get to chase Shepherd, also in Black Ops. Alot of missions in it, there were cool stages where you can control a gunship which was really fun and it was a nice change than aim, shoot and kill. R3 supports none of that, but hey its my opinion.
You are a Call of Duty Fanboy, Good games like Resistance 3, Killzone 3 etc are wasted on you.
Stick to being a Xbox Call of Duty Fan boy, it works better and is more entertaining.

Haha, How Ironic. Firstly, I much prefer Half life, Counter strike to COD so I'm not a fanboy. I also prefer PC gaming to Xbox, I only Xbox 360 if it were a comparision to PS3 so get your facts right. Also, I really did enjoy Killzone 3. I just think resistance 3 isnt as good.

R3 added melee combat, weapon upgrades and an emotional story driven single player campaign. The series did evolve did you guys even play R3?

Those changes are good but they are not major changes and definitely not changes that make the game worth buying, though I really like weapon upgrades. Loved the shotgun upgraded, you get incendiary rounds.
