I'd be ASTONISHED if any of the misogyny in the game is deployed to call-out sexism in modern American society or to improve the depiction of females in games. That would implicate far too many of the game industry's developers, publishers and gamers.

It's both delusional and factually-incorrect to infer otherwise. But, you know, you could actually read both pages of the review where the author states pretty precise examples.
