I rented this game and played through it 1 1/2 times. When I finally get around to purchasing it in the future, when it's on a good sale, it looks like there will be a lot of improvements along with the expansion packs.
Everytime I see a game that's single player only it's usually an instant purchase for me. Only a few titles have pulled off doing the single player/multiplayer combo in their games, most have completely failed on one or the other game aspect when they try and do both.
@justbefahad: Actually you can pull off a lot more on a lot less hardware if you have enough genius programmers. Today's developer's have gotten lazy with all their bloated developer kits. That is being proven by an indie company and the game No Man's Sky, a game just years ago no one thought could be made on any platform, even pc. If they pull off running that game on the PS4 a game like this is a piece of cake.
This is just a gimmick, like 3D TV and other "neat" technology to show off to your freinds then put away and go back to playing your other games that don't support it and are more confortable without that thing on your head. Really people, you won't be gaming for hours on end with this thing on your head. Just another useless piece of hardware taking up room in your entertainment system much like my 3D glasses and move controllers.
@rasdel: Didn't care for DOS because of no voice acting (just reading) and no gamepad support, but will play it again when the DOS Enhanced comes out especially since it's free for those who already own DOS. I don't usually like TURN BASED GAMES but I did enjoy DOS combat. Have Pillars of Eternity on my Steam wish list but not so sure I will like it so will wait to purchase it after it goes on sale for less than $20.
Only games I'm interested in that are coming out the rest of this year are Fallout 4, Just Cause 3, and AC Syndicate, listed in the order of my interest.
@Phazevariance: On the Sony side they already got these games months ago, or years ago, like most of the GWG games you guys are FINALY just now getting. We already have over 1000 games on our games list. Microsoft has a LONG way to go to even catch up.
