Nah. It'll actually be an iOS game, where you have to pay £0.50 for eveyr VATs shot, and it takes 20 hours to get form one city to the next, unless you buy a speed upgrade.
Jesus, can we have a discussion in these comment sections that doesn't reduce down to juvenile name calling?
I know many hardcore PC gamers are backing this game, but of course the game will scale with a large variety of PCs. Purposefully alienating a vast majority of PC gamers, simply because they aren't running Titans, is a terrible way of doing business, and is a terrible disservice to people backing this game (i highly doubt every single backer has high-end rigs).
I wouldn't be so certain in your snootiness there. You have to remember, most PC gamers don't have these ultra-powerful rigs. Hell, most probably have things that are comparable, or weaken than a PS4. Of course a PC will always have the ability to occupy that really high-end space, but that isn't a possibility for most people. And since most peoples rigs aren't actually that great, the game has to be able to scale with most devices. The ability to scale the game means it can, albeit probably at a cost, be runnable on a ps4/xbone.
Of course that doesn't mean it should be on a console. A controller for a game like Star Citizen? yeesh.....
I couldn't give a crap about the mobile market cannibalising itself, it was inevitable someday. Just don't screw with Banner Saga; a game that is infinitely better than most games on that entire platform
As much as i hate this news, its not like anything has been lost. There was never going to be another Age of Empires, not a proper one anyway. In the same way, there ws never going to be another Dungeon Keeper.
