I rememebr that a few 1st gen PS3 PAL games require a HDTV to play, but I think that all PS3 games support 480i now. PAL PSone games will not work on a NTSC PS3, so you will probably have to purchase a NTSC version. Not really Sure about PS2 games though.

Don't forget that 4GB is actually 3.?GB.

It's always slightly less than what it says (4GB means 4 million bytes, which is actually less than 4GB). And if the game was 4GB on the PS2, then with HD graphics (even if just updated and with higher resolution) it will take up even more. Whatever the size is, 4GB is not even the 4GB you need for the game.

It doesn't work like that, different systems do things differently. There is also compression and other things to help make file sizes smaller. How big is the file size for MGS HD collection? that should give a good idea of how big the file size for FFX.

I think when the Vita goes on standby it turns off the Wi-Fi to save battery, which is why you will lose connection on Netflix.

Didn't Super Mario Bros reuse assets from the same game? The tree's looked exactly the same as the clouds. Why would they bother recreating another warehouse/hut when they could just reuse their old materials? I could write a massive essay about how every company reuses assets and how it saves money but I would just be wasting my time on you.

I hope this game gets a Vita port, seems pointless to release PSP games in Europe/ US since no one seems to buy PSP games anymore.

What kind of memory stick does this thing use?

The Vita uses special Vita game cards, so I think this user is mistaken. He is most likely referring to Memory Stick Pro Duos, which the PSP uses.

The PS Vita uses a new memory card, it does not use memory sticks or SD cards.

Its funny how people bash their consoles and games yet secretly wish they were on their system.quickposter
well, since SNES, they have been making crappy consoles...They have been making great games though. I am a little excited about the Wii U if they happen to make it at a decent price. Its something PS3/360 gamers might want if they feel that the graphics are getting a little outdated. Well, I'm pretty sure that if Nintendo stopped making consoles and only made games it would be alot better

Never got to finish FFXII, which is kinda sad, but I will give it another go one day. Hopefully they will make a HD version so I can appreciate it on my PS3. The problems I think people had was that the game was pretty long and I think you needed to grind a little bit too much (not 100% sure if you can complete it without grinding). Gambit system was pretty cool and was meant to be used to make the grinding more easier and quicker. However the story wasn't too interesting, might get more interesting later in the game but not too sure. The world seemed massive which was kinda cool, but not everyone was interactive which was kinda strange. But I'm guessing it was because of the quest system they had. Anyways no one wants to listen to a random NPC just say hi or some other random gibberish. The main problem however was that it didn't feel like a final fantasy game at all, no random encounters for a start, no victory music (which was in every other FF) and summons such as Ifrit, Shiva etc... were just airships and the actual summons had different names. ust seems like they made a great RPG and slapped the name FF on it. I'm pretty sure it would have been appreciated a lot more if they named it something else which could possible have led to it having a series of its own.

A Final Fantasy game, FFVII:BC Would love to see them remake this game, or even port it. Monster Hunter/any MH clones. Ridge Racer. Every other PS had RR as a launch title. Bishi Bashi. Game just suddenly popped into my head and would be an amazing game to have on a handheld device Any MGS/Hideo Kojima game. Ape Escape?
