Custom made HDMI cable from Supra (nowdays they also have a production line of these cables at lower prices).

Toslinked (Monster Cable) sound output to a NAD T763 reciever, 5.0 (no sub, don't need one in my small apartment) with Audio Pro Stage 5 front speakers, Audio Pro Soniq 303 center and Audio Pro Soniq 202 surround speakers.

It works out pretty nicely.

Oh, and it is hooked up to my 100/100Mbit internet connection (Arrowhead black fiber)...which makes downloads and online play fast and lag-less ^^

If you liked that demo (it was an old build) you'll love the game, it looks 10 better than the demo.

Yeah, I noticed this as I downloaded the japanese demo two days ago, better looking and much better framrates! Guess that demo is done on a more up to date build.

This is most certainly an issue connected to high traffic, I haven't experienced this on the european network yet, but when downloading from the american store I often get this problem. But it is only a problem that occurs when downloading stuff at the same time new content has been put up, thursdays and fridays are worst. It's the pause/unpause way you have to go.

Well, I don't know but I would find it strange if this demo came out on the American PSN before the European. But if that's the case, just make a new user on your PS3, make a new PSN signup on that user and put USA as your country, doing so will give you access to the American PS-Store. Voila! Works with the *** store aswell, so...just make three different users for the different continents. US, PAL and ASIA :)
